Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 26, 2026

Duarte Tech Solutions, LLC (“Duarte Tech Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of our customers and website visitors.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information in connection with our website, customer communications, and technology services.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect information that you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, telephone number, business name, preferred method of contact, service address when needed, information about your technology or service request, and other information you choose to provide.

When you become a customer, we may also maintain service history, estimates, agreements, invoices, payment status, appointment information, device or equipment information, communications, support notes, and other records reasonably necessary to provide and administer services.

During technology support, information stored on a Client's device or account may sometimes become visible or accessible as necessary to perform the requested work. Duarte Tech Solutions does not intentionally collect information from Client devices that is unrelated to the requested service.

2. Website and Technical Information

When you visit our website, certain technical information may be collected automatically.

This may include Internet Protocol address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring pages or websites, approximate geographic information derived from an IP address, dates and times of visits, and similar website usage information.

This information may be collected through server logs, cookies, analytics technologies, or similar tools.

3. How We Use Information

We may use personal information to respond to inquiries; provide, schedule, manage, and document services; communicate about appointments and support requests; prepare estimates and invoices; process and document payments; troubleshoot technology problems; maintain service records; operate and improve our website; understand website usage; prevent fraud or misuse; protect our systems and customers; maintain accounting and business records; comply with legal obligations; and otherwise operate Duarte Tech Solutions.

We do not use information obtained from a Client's device for purposes unrelated to providing the requested service unless the Client separately authorizes that use or disclosure.

4. Website Analytics and Cookies

Duarte Tech Solutions may use website analytics services, including Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use our website and to improve website performance and content.

Analytics services may use cookies, device identifiers, Internet Protocol addresses, and similar information to generate website usage statistics.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Restricting cookies may affect some website functionality.

Analytics providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Contact Forms

Information submitted through the Duarte Tech Solutions website contact form is used to respond to your request and may be processed by a third-party form delivery or infrastructure provider.

Please do not submit passwords, authentication codes, payment card information, Social Security numbers, account recovery codes, or other highly sensitive credentials through the website contact form.

6. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party invoicing, banking, or payment-processing services.

Those providers may collect payment information according to their own privacy policies and security practices.

Duarte Tech Solutions generally receives information necessary to document and reconcile the transaction, but payment-card information may be handled directly by the applicable payment provider.

7. Remote Support and Service Information

When remote support is provided, remote-access software or related systems may process technical information necessary to establish and document a support session.

Depending on the service, this may include device information, operating-system information, network information, session information, or other technical details.

Remote access will be used only for legitimate service purposes authorized by the Client.

8. AI Services

When Duarte Tech Solutions assists a Client with an artificial intelligence platform, information entered into that platform may be processed by the third-party AI provider under that provider's terms and privacy practices.

Duarte Tech Solutions will not intentionally submit a Client's confidential or sensitive information to an AI platform as part of a service unless the Client has authorized the use and the disclosure is reasonably necessary for the agreed service.

Clients are responsible for deciding what information is appropriate to provide to third-party AI services and for complying with applicable confidentiality, privacy, employment, contractual, and regulatory requirements.

Clients should avoid entering passwords, financial information, protected health information, trade secrets, confidential customer records, regulated information, or other sensitive data into AI systems unless appropriate protections and authorization are in place.

9. How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers that help operate our business, such as website hosting and infrastructure providers, analytics providers, contact-form providers, email and communications providers, customer relationship management systems, scheduling systems, invoicing and payment processors, remote-support platforms, cloud-storage providers, accounting systems, and security providers.

These providers may process information only as necessary to perform the applicable business function, subject to their agreements and applicable law.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful legal process, protect our rights or property, investigate fraud or security incidents, protect customers or others, or establish or defend legal claims.

If Duarte Tech Solutions undergoes a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale, ownership transfer, or similar business transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.

10. Sale of Personal Information

Duarte Tech Solutions does not sell customer personal information to data brokers or other third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.

We may disclose information to service providers that process information on our behalf or to third parties when necessary to provide a service requested by a Client. Those operational disclosures are not intended as sales of personal information.

11. Sensitive Information

Technology services sometimes require temporary access to information that may be confidential or sensitive.

Clients should minimize access to unnecessary sensitive information whenever reasonably practical.

Whenever possible, Clients should enter passwords, multifactor-authentication codes, and similar credentials themselves rather than permanently providing those credentials to Duarte Tech Solutions.

If temporary credentials are created for technical support, Clients should change or disable them when they are no longer necessary.

12. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide and document services, maintain business and accounting records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal obligations, and maintain appropriate historical service records.

Different types of information may be retained for different periods.

Information that is no longer reasonably necessary may be deleted, anonymized, or securely disposed of when appropriate.

13. Information Security

Duarte Tech Solutions uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the size and nature of the business and the information being handled.

However, no computer system, network, website, email service, cloud provider, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

If we become aware of a security incident involving personal information, we will respond in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

14. Your Privacy Choices and Requests

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights regarding personal information maintained about you.

You may contact Duarte Tech Solutions to ask about personal information we maintain about you, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion of information.

We will review and respond to requests as required by applicable law.

Certain information may need to be retained for legitimate business, accounting, security, contractual, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes.

We may take reasonable steps to verify the identity and authority of a person making a privacy request.

15. Children's Privacy

The Duarte Tech Solutions website and services are not directed toward children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly use the website to solicit personal information directly from children under 13.

Parents or guardians who believe a child has submitted personal information through the website may contact us.

16. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, social-media platforms, customer portals, software providers, or other services.

Those third parties operate independently and maintain their own privacy policies and practices.

Duarte Tech Solutions is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services.

17. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, website, technology, or legal requirements change.

The most current version and its effective date will be posted on our website.

Material changes may also be communicated through other appropriate means when required.
